how and when do you pay a customer?
We always pay upon collection of the vehicle and you can choose to be paid either via Bank Transfer or request a Cheque payment.
How soon can you pick up my car?

can you collect while I am away?
Technically yes, we can collect your scrap car when you are not present, however, we would need a proof of ID and a proof of address of the person present at the time of collection.
what do i need to have ready prior to collection?
Please have your photo ID ready together with a proof of address, such as a utility bill or a bank statement (less than 3 months old). Ideally, we would also need the car keys and, if possible, the V5C log book.
is the collection free of charge?
Yes, our services are 100% free, this includes free online scrap car evaluation and vehicle collection.
i don’t have the V5C (log book). what do i do?
We will collect your scrap car regardless, however, please bear in mind that you will have to inform the DVLA that you have sold/scrapped your vehicle. Our driver will be more than happy to help you with details should you need assistance.
Should i inform the dvla?
Provided you have the V5C log book with you, our driver will complete the section 9 and hand it back to you so you can post it directly to DVLA. If there is no log book, your scrap car will be de-registered in the local ATF (Authorised Treatment Facility) and the DVLA will issue a C.O.D - a Certificate of Destruction.
